People are the key to HENDYPLAN’s success. The human resources framework through which quality and timeliness is ensured rests upon multiple pillars:

Firstly, a permanent project management ensuring the information flow and co-ordination of actions between HENDYPLAN’s team, external experts and customers.

Secondly, for each project, a dedicated team composed of trained and qualified specialists from HENDYPLAN’s staff developing the mission; HENDYPLAN has an extensive experience in the production and treatment of statistical data; members of its staff have in-depth knowledge of all statistical production databases at major international organizations including the ECB, EC-DGECFIN and Eurostat.

Thirdly, HENDYPLAN has built a network of experts with major research institutes and universities throughout Europe, and for each project it can rely on a team of expert statisticians and econometricians. Building on the synergy between the technical requirements of statistical production systems and the research community, HENDYPLAN is well equipped to deal with all the various dimensions of statistical production.

Our head office is in Brussels, and we also have offices in Frankfurt, Luxembourg and Paris, from which we cover Africa, Europe, the Middle East and the rest of the world.

HENDYPLAN has created a community of users ranging from universities and other public and private research institutes to central banks, ministries, statistical institutes and financial institutions.

HENDYPLAN has also developed a network of experts from many specialised statistical, economics and IT fields such as econometrics, modelling and implementation of data warehousing.
