• How do we carry out our selections?

Depending on the required profile and the number of candidates, a specialised HR consultant may be called in to assist us in our pre-selection rounds. After the pre-selection round, our interviewers will ask you to elaborate on your competences in our areas of interest. They will also aim to assess your personality... As HENDYPLAN mostly recruits with a long-term view, an important part of the interview focuses on your motivations and on your expectations in career evolution. Quintessential to our company are your motivations, your qualifications and your ability to represent the company to the outside world, to enable it to move fast concurrently with the progress in technology and innovation.

• What about traineeships?

HENDYPLAN welcomes trainees' applications. You may even decide to stay longer after your traineeship: quite a few permanent staff are former trainees! Trainee positions are available in any of our offices, although you would have to be working closely with your assigned supervisor from our permanent staff. • Summer traineeships

HENDYPLAN offers a limited number of summer traineeships for undergraduates in our Brussels, Frankfurt, Luxembourg and Paris offices. We can offer assistant positions in administration, analysis/programming and IT operations. HENDYPLAN gives you the opportunity to get acquainted with the professional world, to practise your language skills and to use the latest software.
